Job Responsibilities:

  • To oversee daily branch operations, supervise and coach branch staff
  • To actively organize and involve in agency development activities – sales, recruitment and business development
  • To conduct training courses/presentations/talks
  • To achieve goals set for branch and deliver positive customer relationship

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 years working experience in banking/insurance/unit trust industry
  • Service oriented, pleasant disposition with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to plan, organize and execute branch activities
  • Good supervisory and leadership skills
