Branch Manager

About The Role

As Branch Manager of ARC Mackay, you will take full ownership of the branch’s people, performance, safety and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance operational excellence with sales growth, customer engagement and strong financial outcomes. You will lead the branch in line with targets while maintaining a safe, efficient and high-performing operation.

Working closely with regional leadership and internal support teams, you will be accountable for delivering daily operational outcomes while positioning the branch for sustainable growth across residential, commercial and industrial market segments.
