Branch Manager

We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and motivate a team, and drive growth for our consumer lending business.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager:

• Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit branch and portfolio goals and capitalize on cross‑sales and add‑on products.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll and other administrative duties.
• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for customers by understanding their needs and matching them to suitable financial products.
• Manage the health of the branch’s portfolio, ensuring accounts are in good standing and preventing delinquency.
• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications with strong attention to detail.
