Job Summary
At PakWheels we are looking for a competent and proactive Branch Manager to lead and oversee our Car Oil Change and Vehicle Inspection Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, managing inventory, and leading a team of technicians and support staff. A strong understanding of automotive maintenance, especially oil change services, vehicle inspection procedures, lubricants, filters, and OEM recommendations, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the service center.
Ensure all services (oil change, vehicle inspection, customer handling) are executed in line with company SOPs and quality standards.
Supervise and manage inventory of oils, filters, and consumables—monitor usage and ensure availability.
Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
