Role Description

The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Ladysmith, BC, responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role includes leading and mentoring a branch team, organizing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring safe, efficient workflows in the yard, office, and counter. The Branch Manager will manage inventory and fleet utilization, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and ensure equipment is properly maintained, inspected, and documented. Responsibilities also include handling customer inquiries and escalations, preparing quotes and rental agreements, managing cash and invoicing, and maintaining accurate records. The Branch Manager will monitor branch performance, support local sales efforts, uphold health and safety standards, and report regularly to senior management on operational, financial, and staffing matters.
