Qualifications

  • Must have five (5) years of experience in banking operations with at least two (2) years management experience.
  • Knowledge of banking policies, practices, and procedures, and an understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Proficient in oral and written communication
  • Effective Leadership and team management skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Analytical and can work under pressure
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and the use of internet
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
