As part of an external growth strategy , our client is looking for a Branch Manager to take full ownership of a small branch (fewer than 10 employees) and drive its development.

Your role:

You will act as a true agency manager, responsible for business growth, operational performance, and team leadership, while ensuring compliance with Group standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop the branch’s turnover across several sectors (medical, energy, industrial, etc.)
  • Drive profitability and support business development initiatives and tenders
