Branch Manager / Directeur(trice) de Succursale

Location: Mirabel, QC

Language Requirement: Fluent French and English (spoken and written)

Compensation & Schedule

  • Base Salary: Approximately $100,000
  • Bonus: Up to 30%
  • Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Overtime required as needed
  • No travel required

Position Summary (English)

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead all aspects of branch operations, including warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, team leadership, safety, and financial performance.

This role oversees a team of approximately 15 operations employees and requires a solid people leader who can build a positive culture, drive accountability, and continuously improve operational performance.
