Monitor your branch's key performance indicators and develop action plans to achieve set objectives.
Ensure the development of credit activities as well as financial inclusion products and services, according to established objectives.
Guarantee quality customer service and promote a customer-centric culture within the branch.
Ensure good administrative management of the branch and the security of the premises.
Plan work schedules, train staff, and evaluate individual performance.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies at the branches under your responsibility.
Identify and report potential operational risks to the Branch Group Manager.
