Build PCs according to customer preference.
- Manage and improve the company's inventory/merchandise situation.
- Addressing customer technical concerns.
- Diagnose claimed defective items and coordinate with customer and supplier.
- Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Placing inventory orders and tracking shipment.
- Resolve network issues.
- Prepare all the supplies and technical equipment needed for build.
- Manage technical equipment and materials as needed.
- Installation, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Receive and unload new shipments.
- Stay up to date with merchandise/products, especially new products
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
