Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations while educating customers to the correct banking channel (eChannels and Self‑Service) and adhering to policy and process.

As a Branch Advisor, you will deliver compliant, professional financial advice and manage client relationships in a high‑volume service branch environment. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering appropriate product solutions, and ensuring ongoing client relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA legislation and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and FNB governance.
