About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Team Leader to provide ongoing leadership and operational support to the Branch Administration and Sales Coordination team in Brisbane. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales activity, managing order and invoice processes, and ensuring customer requirements and business objectives are consistently met.

- Lead, support and provide assistance to sales support staff within QLD.
- Review customer orders for both new and second-hand lift trucks’, ensuring all relevant information has been provided by the salesman team.
- Working closely with Sales, Head Office, Production, Workshops and external stakeholders, you will oversee end-to-end order management, forecasting, invoicing, reporting and general administration functions.
