**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Provide administrative support including research, reporting, and information requests
+ Accurately enter and maintain data across reports, presentations, and databases
+ Support data collection and generate reports for departmental activities
+ Coordinate office administration including scheduling, correspondence, and visitor management
+ Respond to and redirect enquiries for timely and accurate resolution
+ Process vendor payments and assist with payment-related queries
+ Support projects, process improvements, and guide less experienced team members
