In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provide administrative support including research, reporting, and information requests
Accurately enter and maintain data across reports, presentations, and databases
Support data collection and generate reports for departmental activities
Coordinate office administration including scheduling, correspondence, and visitor management
Respond to and redirect enquiries for timely and accurate resolution
Process vendor payments and assist with payment-related queries
Support projects, process improvements, and guide less experienced team members
