Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Branch Admin performs various administrative duties including report preparation, encoding of walk-in, pick-up, and delivery transactions, issuing OR to all transactions, monitoring of personnel including work-hours, and direct coordinating with Sprinters.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2nd year college or graduate of 2-year course.
- With at least 6 months related experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Can prepare reports.
- Can work with a team with minimum amount of supervision.
- Has the ability to multi-task as needed.
- With keen attention to details.
- Ability to make decisions on matters involving immediate problem solving within his/her area of control.
