Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers using the provided database. Explain health insurance products in a clear and simple way. Understand customer requirements and answer their questions. Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls when required. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations in the system. Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion when needed.
