We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and drive performance for a multinational customer service account.


What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure delivery of client KPIs
  • Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Supervisors
  • Drive employee engagement, performance improvement, and retention initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Analyze operational data and implement action plans to improve results
  • Manage staffing requirements, workforce planning, and resource allocation
  • Lead business reviews and present operational performance to clients
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
