We're Hiring: BPO Group Leader (Tarlac | Onsite)

We're looking for an experienced Group Leader to oversee our multi-channel customer service teams and help drive outstanding performance. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for client management, and a proven track record in BPO operations, we want to meet you.

Schedule: Shifting

What You'll Do:


• Lead daily operations for voice, chat, email, and back-office teams


• Ensure SLA/KPI targets are consistently achieved


• Analyze performance and implement improvement plans


• Manage escalations and communicate with key stakeholders


• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring


• Provide performance reports and act as Operations Manager when needed

What We're Looking For:


• 5–7 years BPO/contact center experience


• 2+ years in a supervisory/team lead role
