• Support the development of process methodology and process equipment required to manufacture future thermal technologies.
• Develop engineering designs, construct, commission, and test novel process equipment and test equipment.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external organisations to ensure the successful development and qualification of new processes and thermal products.
• Manage development activities and support commercial projects to exploit the new capability and ensure alignment with commercial requirements.
