About the role

Chanel Switzerland is currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Fashion and Watch & Jewelery Flagship Director to lead an energetic and passionate team of around 50 people. Soon to open, the Zurich XL Flagship is also composed of “Chanel & Moi”, the first atelier program to be implemented in Europe.

What impact you will create and your key responsibilities

The Zurich Fashion & Watch & Jewelry Flagship Director will be the ultimate leader and brand ambassador of the Boutique and “CHANEL&moi les Ateliers”, with an influential part for building and developing the team and ensuring that the boutique reaches or exceeds the defined performance targets, in both Fashion and Watch & Jewelry.

You will have a significant focus on establishing a world-class service and selling culture and ensuring high standards of client experience.
