Luxury Boutique Director We are looking for a Store Director to lead our boutique for an international luxury brand. This position requires a strong focus on operations, team management, and client experience , with a commitment to maintaining the brand’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the boutique and manage the team, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence. Drive the boutique’s financial performance in line with the brand’s retail strategy. Develop action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, including category performance. Manage client relationships, including acquiring new clients and maintaining loyalty of existing clientele. Represent the brand’s values and identity both inside and outside the boutique.
