- Help clients choose wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories based on their style, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct fittings and provide advice on alterations or customizations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boutique, including dressing rooms and displays.
- Handle appointments, including scheduling and following up with clients.
- Process transactions accurately and handle payments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; training in fashion or retail is a plus.
- Experience in retail or bridal sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen sense of style and knowledge of bridal fashion trends.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
