Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organised Bookkeeping & Property Management Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using QuickBooks and/or Xero for bookkeeping tasks and should also have knowledge or experience within property management, lettings, housing, or accommodation services .
This role requires someone who can work onsite, confidently support the finance and operations team by maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices, tracking payments, assisting with rent records, and supporting property-related administrative tasks. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate professionally with internal teams, landlords, suppliers, tenants, and external partners where required.
