We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Bookkeeping / Administrative Virtual Assistant
to support a construction-focused business. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, cost tracking, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain bookkeeping records using
QuickBooks - Clean up and organize
backdated bookkeeping
as needed - Track costs and expenses using
Excel / Google Sheets - Assist with invoicing and basic accounting entries
- Organize digital files and support administrative tasks
- Communicate clearly regarding financial and administrative updates
Requirements:
- Strong QuickBooks experience
