Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Bookkeeping / Administrative Virtual Assistant
to support a construction-focused business. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, cost tracking, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain bookkeeping records using
    QuickBooks
  • Clean up and organize
    backdated bookkeeping
    as needed
  • Track costs and expenses using
    Excel / Google Sheets
  • Assist with invoicing and basic accounting entries
  • Organize digital files and support administrative tasks
  • Communicate clearly regarding financial and administrative updates

Requirements:

  • Strong QuickBooks experience
    (minimal to no training required)
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
