We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate, compliant financial records. This role combines bookkeeping, accounting support, and basic administrative coordination to ensure smooth financial workflows. Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, reimbursements, payroll entries, and booking-related activity
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time
  • Assist with vendor payments , client billing , and cash application
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and support collections follow-up
