Job Description
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the full bookkeeping cycle for a U.S.-based client, ensuring accurate records, clear reporting, and smooth financial operations.
In this role, you’ll handle daily transactions, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reports using QuickBooks , while communicating directly with the client in English. This is a hands‑on role for someone who combines accounting precision with strong client communication skills.

What You’ll Do
- Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Track and categorize expenses with documentation
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Communicate with the client in English and provide updates
- Support payroll entries and tax prep documentation
