Become a key player in our finance team as a Bookkeeper, focusing on payroll, tax preparation, and managing financial records. Attention to detail is essential in this role.
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with a Bachelor’s degree and between two to three years of relevant experience. This position involves keeping financial records, preparing payroll, and accurately calculating depreciation on fixed assets. You must be able to fulfill repetitive tasks efficiently while adhering to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately
• Maintain and balance various financial accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries carefully
• Reconcile accounts and prepare tax returns
• Generate financial statements and reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Detail-oriented and accurate in all tasks
• Proficient with computerized financial systems
