Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a senior bookkeeping role within a bookkeeping, accountancy, or tax firm
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues
- High proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar) and Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities independently
