Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Contract-to-Hire Bookkeeper with experience using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop. This role will support daily accounting functions and help maintain accurate financial records for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger activity

+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

+ Reconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts

+ Record journal entries and support month-end close

+ Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking as needed

+ Prepare financial reports and account summaries

+ Ensure data accuracy and proper recordkeeping

+ Support outside accountants or internal leadership with financial information requests
