Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support accurate recordkeeping across accounting functions.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain general ledger records and post daily financial transactions

+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

+ Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records

+ Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances

+ Assist with payroll processing and maintain related records

+ Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation

+ Support month-end close and ensure records are complete and accurate

+ Maintain organized files and accounting documentation
