R. N. Apex Solutions is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join their team in Moncton, NB. This permanent, full-time on-site role includes managing financial records and payroll.
The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week, with various shift options. A background of 1-2 years in bookkeeping is crucial, complemented by strong skills in MS Office Suite. You will be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and preparing tax returns to support financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate payroll and managed fixed assets
• Keep financial records and balance accounts
• Prepare trial balances and post journal entries
• Reconcile various accounts effortlessly

Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate required
• 1-2 years' experience in bookkeeping
