• Excellent communication skills

• Minimum 10 years construction experience
• Relevant construction experience, contract administration, document management, knowledge of scheduling software, and change order procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment

Estimators and Quantity Surveyors

• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Education in construction field or Quantity Surveying
• Knowledge of large‑project construction processes, contracts, scheduling and quality control
• Ability to work in a team environment
