Beehive BPO is seeking a full-time, experienced Bookkeeper to support our financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process customer invoicing Record and manage cash receipts Maintain insurance compliance documentation Process weekly payroll accurately and on time Perform 401(k) reconciliation Process weekly subcontractor payments Enter and manage job data in QuickBooks Desktop Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience Strong experience using QuickBooks Desktop and Online (required) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Ability to work ...
