Job Description
Beehive BPO is seeking a full-time, experienced Bookkeeper to support our financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop , with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoicing
- Record and manage cash receipts
- Maintain insurance compliance documentation
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Perform 401(k) reconciliation
- Process weekly subcontractor payments
- Enter and manage job data in QuickBooks Desktop
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
