Job Description

Beehive BPO is seeking a full-time, experienced Bookkeeper to support our financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customer invoicing

  • Record and manage cash receipts

  • Maintain insurance compliance documentation

  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time

  • Perform 401(k) reconciliation

  • Process weekly subcontractor payments

  • Enter and manage job data in QuickBooks Desktop

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

  • Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed
