We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Bookkeeper / Project Assistant to support daily financial operations and assist with project-related administrative tasks. This role requires strong bookkeeping experience, attention to detail, and the ability to support leadership directly in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction billing and invoicing
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Support payroll processing and tracking
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
  • Generate financial and job cost reports using Excel
