Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and income
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor follow-ups
  • Perform bank, deposit, and payroll reconciliations
  • Assist with monthly and year-end closing reports
  • Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and audits
  • Coordinate with accountants as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proven bookkeeping experience as a VA
  • Proficient in
    QuickBooks Online
