Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and income
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor follow-ups
- Perform bank, deposit, and payroll reconciliations
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing reports
- Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and audits
- Coordinate with accountants as needed
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proven bookkeeping experience as a VA
- Proficient in
QuickBooks Online
