Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced Bookkeeper to support one of our NZ-based clients.

This is a long-term, stable opportunity with career growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Payroll processing (AU/NZ preferred)
  • Preparing BAS/GST reports (preferred but not essential)
  • Managing invoices, bills, and expense tracking
  • Assisting with month-end reporting
  • Working directly with the client's internal team

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Strong experience with Xero (essential)
  • Experience with MYOB or QuickBooks (advantage)
  • Solid understanding of AU or NZ accounting processes
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Stable internet connection and home office setup
