Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced Bookkeeper to support one of our NZ-based clients.
This is a long-term, stable opportunity with career growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Payroll processing (AU/NZ preferred)
- Preparing BAS/GST reports (preferred but not essential)
- Managing invoices, bills, and expense tracking
- Assisting with month-end reporting
- Working directly with the client's internal team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Strong experience with Xero (essential)
- Experience with MYOB or QuickBooks (advantage)
- Solid understanding of AU or NZ accounting processes
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English
- Stable internet connection and home office setup
