We’re hiring a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to support a growing residential construction company in the Boston area.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing both bookkeeping and day‑to‑day office operations. We’re looking for someone who can keep the office running smoothly while also maintaining accurate financial records, vendor documentation, invoices, and project‑related paperwork.
The right candidate will be comfortable working closely with ownership, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients in a fast‑paced construction environment.
