Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our core accounting operations. This role will focus primarily on bookkeeping and financial data entry, with opportunities to grow into broader administrative and operational responsibilities over time.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working closely with leadership in a trust-based, non-micromanaged environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
  • Enter and categorize transactions from bank feeds and manual sources
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Support payroll-related entries and documentation
  • Work with spreadsheets (Excel) for financial tracking and reporting
