BOOKKEEPER – DURBAN (RIVERHORSE VALLEY)
Leather Gallery is hiring a reliable, detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our team at our Riverhorse Valley operations in Durban. This role suits someone who is hands-on, accurate, and comfortable working with modern systems and automations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping/accounts experience
Xero accounting experience (beneficial)
Strong admin discipline and attention to detail
Confident working with automations, structured workflows, and internal systems
Good Excel skills (beneficial)
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Daily sales reconciliations (in-store and online): ensuring all sales, payments, and variances are accurately reconciled and accounted for
Processing and reconciling transactions accurately and consistently (high-volume environment)
Working with our automations and business systems to ensure clean, correct data and smooth financial workflows
