SUMMARY:
We're seeking a proactive Bookkeeper to manage multi-entity financial records, reconciliations, and compliance while ensuring the finance function runs smoothly and efficiently.
POSITION INFO:
Location: Durban – Phoenix Branch
Work within a dynamic finance team supporting multiple entities
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers across multiple entities
Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and intercompany reconciliations
Process journals, accruals, and monthly close activities
Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and asset registers
Support VAT, statutory payments, and year-end audit requirements
Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc finance duties
Skills & Requirements:
Bookkeeping Diploma
Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks...
