Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Record all financial transactions in QuickBooks (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, payroll, etc.)Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts monthlyManage accounts payable and accounts receivableProcess and track invoices, bills, and expense reimbursementsMaintain organized digital and paper records of financial documentationConduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure intercompany transactions are reconciled and tied out.Operational Support:
