Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Bookkeeper with strong accounts receivable and collections experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in QuickBooks , including QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for construction projects using QuickBooks.
  • Handle accounts receivable and actively collect outstanding debts owed to the company.
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Process payroll through QuickBooks Payroll.
  • Manage employee time tracking using QuickBooks Time.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing

Requirements

  • Proven bookkeeping experience in the construction industry (required).
  • Strong background in accounts receivable and collections.
