Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily Stripe & PayPal transactions (high-ticket recurring subscriptions, digital product sales)
• Maintain accurate QuickBooks Online books: categorize income/expenses, track sales tax, generate P&L reports
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, 1099 contractor payments
• Monitor cash flow, prepare monthly financial statements, support US tax compliance
• Integrate/troubleshoot Stripe, PayPal with QuickBooks (payouts, fees, refunds)

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years bookkeeping experience (online businesses/digital products preferred)
• QuickBooks Online proficiency (2026 updates + certification ideal)
• Hands-on Stripe/PayPal reconciliation in QuickBooks (fees, currency, payouts)
• Strong grasp of online revenue: subscriptions, high-ticket sales, e-commerce metrics
• Excellent English; comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
