Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recording daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, in the accounting system
- Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring all entries are properly classified and documented
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment scheduling
- Conducting regular audit trails and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Supporting tax preparation and compliance requirements by maintaining organized financial documentation
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhering to data security protocols
