Job Description

Adecco Professional is currently partnering with a client to hire an interim Bookkeeper to support with some year end close activities and reconciliations. Although primarily remote in nature, some in-office attendance may be required at the head office in Barrie, Ontario. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3-5 years' experience working in a bookkeeper or corporate accountant position combined with a flexible and can-do personality. Responsibilities

  • Primary support with year-end activities including:
    • Account reconciliations
    • Bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries
    • Account balancing and cleanup (streamlining the data and reporting)
    • Analyzing transactions to ensure clarity and consistency
