Well established law firm
Supporting a Practice Manager
Flexible with hours (part time or full time hours)
 
The role
 
As a Legal Bookkeeper, you will be reporting to the Practice Manager and duties will include - 
 

  • trust accounting including reconciliations, receipting, trust cheques
  • creditors and debtors
  • BAS (happy to train if you are not experience in this)
  • accounts payable
  • accounts receivable

This position is either part time or full time spread over 5 days.
 
 
Your experience
 
You will have a minimum of 2 years accounts or bookkeeper experience within a law firm environment.  Trust account management experience is also essential.
