Responsibilities

  • Assist in recording financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments).
  • Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
  • Process, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial documents.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for review.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with tax filing and other accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information.
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping or finance is a plus.
