Responsibilities
- Assist in recording financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments).
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
- Process, invoices, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial documents.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist with tax filing and other accounting duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or finance is a plus.
