Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions including income and expenses
  • Maintain accurate and updated bookkeeping records and general ledger
  • Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
  • Prepare payment schedules and disbursement requests for approval
  • Track expenses and report any discrepancies or unusual transactions
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable record keeping
  • Assist in preparing financial data for monthly and annual reports
  • Coordinate closely with the Chief Accountant on finance requirements

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
  • Experience using accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
